Platforma este un film în limba spaniolă cu un gen horror-thriller. Povestea se învârte în jurul vieții în sistemul vertical de închisoare.

Povestea este deschisă de personajele prăjite care s-au trezit în celule de beton marcate cu numărul 48.

Prietenul său cu o singură celulă, Trimagasi, a explicat că se aflau într-o închisoare în stil turn, unde mâncarea a fost trimisă printr-o platformă care s-a mutat de sus în jos printr-o gaură mare în podea și tavan.
